Crompton Greaves - Fan Is not moving

I had purchased a high speed fan before one years, now this fan is not running properly. i have lodged complain several times through telephone but till now no respond received from your bhubaneswar office. Please depute a technician to solve the problem for which i will remain thank ful to you.
