I had activated my GPRS plan in January 2012 and wanted it for just one month. My number is ********49 I was not knowing the expiry date for the same.
For that I have contacted LOOP Customer Care number 800 and talked to the Executive name Mr. Raju who said that my plan will be valid till 8th Feb 2012 till 12 A.M., so I waited till 11 P.M. and then when I checked my balance my Rs. 98 was already deduced. I immediately called LOOP Customer Care (800) and talked to their executive (Mr. Mubeen and Mr. Suraj) with no result. I register a online complaint on www.loopmobile.in for which I received a message havig Doc- Sr- 1002104352 and saying we will get back to you within 2 days. I am still waiting for their reply.
I want my money back as the fault is from their side
I have received two dockets number but no one from loop have contacted me.
