Hi,

My User Id is 1106097199 in the name of Chirag T Chande.
I was promised Wi-Fi Router on plan 1999 by Ganesh (sales executive) also on installation copy I have written Router pending along with signature.
On calling sales executive he promised me to deliver Router on 12 April still I haven't received any return call from him.
I am losing my business because of this so kindly return my 2000 Rs or else provide me with Router.
