Tata Indicom - False Billing by Tata Indicom

My tata indicom account no is 977766002 and connection no is 9234457006 the complaint reference no 293397223 . We have recently received the bill for over Rs.2000/- which seems to be abnormal than our regular usage. Hence we have asked for the detailed bill for the usage. Upon receipt the same. We have noticed there are few periods are connection shows which has been our travel period. The same have been pointed out by us to company customer care through mail. But received the reply from them that bill is correct.
Hence requesting to intervention of the forum so that this type of cheating can be stopped.
