Honda Two Wheelers - EXPERIENCED DEFECTIVE ENGINE.

Dear Sir,
I Sri Prafulla Chandra Mishra residing at Bhubaneswar, Odisha beg to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and immediate orders:
That, I had purchased one CB Honda Shine(CBF125 MCA) Black colour on Dt.22/11/2011 from your authorized Dealer M/s.Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar. The bike is bearing Chasis No:JC36E2539764 and Engine No:ME4JC36CLB8349064. From the next day of purchase I noticed some problem like huge volume of white smoke and mobile is coming out of the silencer and contacted your dealer. But, they told me that some one might have poured some mobile into the silencer and it is not a problem of the bike.
On Dt.13/12/2011, I had gone to the dealer to lodge a complain, but the service Engineer advised me to avail the 1st free service since the vehicle was played for 515KM. So, I availed the 1st free service and complained the above irregularities. But nothing sorted out. Again, on Dt.28/12/2011 I contacted the service Engineer, Mr.Tripathy since the volume of smoke was increased substantially.
Then Mr.Tripathy accepted my complain and opened the block of the bike and noticed that the guide was broken and the valve was bend. Since the original guide is not available, he send the head to a private Lathe and repaired the entire system and handed over my bike to me on Dt.02/01/2012 and agreed that the engine is defective and out of consolation told me that I am unlucky to gate one defective bike of one reputed brand like Honda. Further, after repair also I am noticing that mobile is still coming out of the silencer and also the bike is giving 45 KM per 1ltr. of petrol.
You may please consider that how far it is acceptable that the engine of one brand new bike, Played only 800 KM is going to Lathe for repair. For the reason I am in great mental agony.
However, considering the above stated facts immediate action may please be given either to replace the entire engine or replace the bike, failing which I will be compelled to go to the Court of Law.
Hoping for an early action to avoid any unpleasant situation.
