HSBC India - Excess amount charged

Dear Sir,

I'm holding HSBC Credit Card bearing no.4476 9299 8755 0875 since November '2009 and my concern is i make a transaction of Rs.32640/- in month of June'2010 . I called to Customer Care Deptt.for its EMI .Earliar , i told them i need 12 months EMI of that amount . Few days later again i called to Customer Care Deptt. for its 6 EMI amount they told it will be Rs.5777/- and according to that i pay that amount in 6 EMI. Total amount paid to them Rs.3100/- +Rs.5777/- * 6 = Rs.37762/- but they are not accepting that and always calling me of 12 months Interest amount . According to them we have to Rs.3984.23 wchich is wrong.

Kindly look my matter and take action against that on priority basis .
