I placed an order Micromax canvas-4 A210 on 2-sep-13 with the amount of 16854/- and my paisa id is- 34506151400. I was promised that my product will be delivered till 7-sep-13 but today on 11-sep-13 they cancelled my order. Till yesterday they were sure to deliver with the courier company blue dart but today after keeping money for more than 10 days they denied to serve. I have been contacted them on a daily basis where they keep making fake promises but after 10 days they said no which is so humiliating and harassing too.
Except this when i asked Ebay to provide me a compensation because my money is with them and for sure they may utilize it by keeping it in market they refused; Even i was ready for re-order that to deliver my product with any other Dealer in same price or even in the higher price but here also they just Refused to help.
If i do not get any compensation for what they bluffed with me i will sure escalate it to consumer court.
