I made a purchase in Future Value Retail Ltd,Big Bazaar In Nanded on 08th August 2010 of rs 602/ and made payment by using Debit card.The card was swiped and i was asked to write pin.As the transaction slip did not come out,i was told to pay cash rs 602/ which i did.The next day bank entry showed that transaction had ocurred and amount deducted from my account,thus making double payment for one purchase.
Enquiry with the bank confirmed genuineness of the transaction and they have given me this in writing.Contact with big bazaar personally and on phone has resulted only in hollow promises and no real action.Thus till date i have not received the extra payment made back ,due to the defect in their machine
