Vodafone Kolkata - dissatisfaction with services and customer's care

For more than last 5 months repeated correspondences through email/telephonic intimations are being given to improve signal strength as no indoor signal is received and if catches sometimes,immediately it goes off before out going or incoming calls used, to vodafone customer care.But till to day no effective improvement for stabilization of SIGNAL has been taken up by the competent authority.
Further,it was asked if this persisting problem can't be solved than to intimate me so that I can go for MOBILE NO PORTABILITY . In response to this I was requested to change my decision by committing to rectify shortly ;but that shortly has not yet responded for more than 3 weeks.
Complainant's Goal: no bill payment against bill dtd 14-05-20 will be made if it is not solved
