HDFC Bank Limited - Discrepancy in cash withdrawn from HDFC Bank ATM Narela

Respected Sir,

I had intended to withdrawn a sum of Rs. 5000/-( five thousand only ) from HDFC ATM at Narela Delhi -110040 on dated 09/06/2011 at 16:04:39 through my ICICI debit card no. 41********040692 and saving A/c. No.01********42. However, only a note of hundred was dispensed from HDFC ATM at Narela, remaining Rs.4900/- was not dispensed.

I had raised a complaint with ICICI Bank vide SR NO. 1******** dated 09/06/2011 and SR No. 1******** dated 30/06/2011, but concerned Bank replied that no such discrepancy was found i.e not satisfectory reply.

Therefore, you are requested to forward this complaint to concerned authorties of concerned bank as well as Baniking Ombudsman of RBI to take necessary action for the same with intimation to me
