naptol - Disappointed with shoddy treatment

Order no 198827 of boss e phone 3300 in may 2010 stopped functioning within 2 weeks. Complaint was made to customer care and i was informed that phone will be replaced.The handset was sent back and i received acknowledgement for the same.Upon further inquiry, i was informed that replacement was not possible but the money of amount Rs.5200/- will be refunded. I was unhappy with that but I agreed to this under duress. I submitted my bank details as requested by your staff but till date no information about the refund.It is over one year now and after many inquiries the response is ever so vague with assurances and zero action.Naptol is totally pathetic and nobody should risk their money on this sham service.I demand that my money be returned immediately!
