IKON furniture - Dining table problem, IKON furniture, Chinchwad, Pune

We have bought a dining table from IKON furnitures. After 6 months the dining table chair and table are showing major cracks in the wood.
We have provided necessary photographs of the problem the shop has asked for as an evidence.
Now after seeing the problem, the IKON furniture is saying they have imported this dining table and cannot do much towards replacement of the furniture or refunding amount or fixing the problem.

I support this complaint. do not buy anything form IKON , they are cheaters. I have ordered 1 wardrobe and they took Rs 500/- as advance and said they said deliver the wardrobe within 10 days and now 2 months gone. they do not pick up the phones and land line numbers are not working. beware of IKON. i lost my Rs 500/-.
