ordered my product FROM SHOP YOUR WORLD on 4-6-2013. I called on customer service centre and was informed I will get my product within 10 days. 19days have passed and representatives just keep on telling that your product is being shipped from usa. these site cannot be trusted in any ways, in providing customer satisfaction they are zero.
