Sir,
I Puneet Pushkar Mishra travel from Bhubaneswar to Hatia by Tapaswani Express. I would like to draw attention of the concerned authority towards difficulty faced by handicapped people in Handicapped coach of Tapaswani Express.
Difficulty-- 1. General people sit in the coach without valid handicapped consession ticket.
2. Many times I observed during journey from Bhubaneswar to Hatia that no one comes to check the boggy for valid passenger.
3. Due to these circumstances Handicapped people can not get the seat to sit. some time Railway police take money from general passenger to accomodate in handicapped coach.
4. Eearlier there were few cases but in the last journey I saw there only two or three hadicapped passenger and the rest were invalid passenger. That is they were neither handicapped nor escort.


Request-- 1. please increase the survielience of concerned authority to make the journey of handicapped person more comfortable.
