hello sir,

on 4-may-2012 me and my wife traveling by train 12903 from borivali (mum) to Surat(guj) having ticket no******** pnr no********01, we have a waiting list of 3,4
we are in s8 coach. i request to TT to provide me one seat so that me and my wife get adjust. he ready to give me site and then after 5min he ask me for money 150 rupees/person. i reply him that its your duty to provide site to wait-listed passenger. he replayed me that if you have money than i can give you seat unless go by standing. I am expecting some necessary action should step up against that TT.
