Honda Siel Cars India - Delight honda denying to issue RTO receipt.

As we have purchased a Honda amaze EMT car bearing registration no DL7CT1242 with engine no:N15A12044784 and chasis number MAKDF251AEN002354.
in the month of March 2014 from your dealership DELIGHT Honda. While delivering this vehicle they never issued us a receipt of road tax registration from RTO. After few days they handed over the Registration certificate,so we stopped bothering about the receipt of RTO. Now this vehicle is stolen and it was covered under invoice protection with road tax from Honda assure insurance from Universal sompo insurance. They are now demanding this receipt which the dealership is denying to issue.
