East Coast Railway - delayed of train in a partiqular station

dear sir/madam
When we travelling in train no 8303, running from sambalpur to puri every time train stops for minimum 20 min at anugul station insted of sec. stop of 1 min.
Kindly take necc steps for the above

Dear sir/madam
The timing of Bhubanswar Bolangir should be changed and train should be reached at sambalpur by 10.45/11 AM and in the evening it should reach bhubanswar max by9.30 P.M
