Indian Railways - Delay Train to Depature at station

Dear sir, I Trinath from ctc, & working at bbsr in pvt sector, every day i am traveling by train at 8.45am IN Talcher-Puri Passanger train.This train is alway Deprature late at the station.We are complaint to the station master & also division but no solution is to be taken.when we ask to the station master, why the train always late ,Answer is this passanger train & why ur traveling this train,ur travel by bus.I and Also many of the passanger suffering such type of problem.The train arrival at 8.25am but depature at the station 9 am,but actula time 8.45am.our problem is the we are working in pvt company & our service is risk.I request to plz solution this problem
