Passport Office - delay in passport

Hello Sir,

I have applied for passport on 21-07-2011 and still its in process and checking on internet ,status is "Police Report has not been received".After contacting to local police they told me that they have sent the report long back.
I have called many time Jaipur passport office and mailed them also but didn't get any response.
Sir, kindly give your attention to this

I have applied for passport on 01-02-2012and still its in process and checking on internet ,status is "Police Report has not been received".After contacting to local police they told me that they have sent the report long back.
