Indian Railways - DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE BY INDIAN RAILWAYS

I was travelling in Awadh Assam Exp in 2 AC in A1 coach on 02 Dec 2011 my PNR was 6303372471. The coach was very dirty & in pathatic state with so many rodents & variety of insects including bugs & cockroaches etc... The condition of toilets were even worse. The quality of linen provided was pathatic, the behaviour & responce of travelling staff was.. I dont care type. I asked for complaint book but was told to go to Guard by the conductor who happened to be traced only after Katihar Jn. The coach boy refused to give clean bedsheets & towel was totaly denied. The pantry waiter.. one Mr.Murtaja was drunk & behaved badly.. I gave a complaint to the TC on a blank paper.. it must not have reached correct person... Kindly do something to improve the situation & compensate the trouble invited by me after paying through my nose..
