Big Bazaar - Defamation complaint against " BIG BAZAR, FATIMANAGAR, WANORIE, pune

Today 26 Jan 2012,I went to big bazaar, Fatima nagar somewhat around at 12.30 P.M with my brother and one friend after we watch movie at Fame located at Fatima nagar. Fame and Big Bazaar are both in one common building, as after we watch movie we 3 went inside big bazaar from upper side which is common entrance of Fame theatre. my bro hold one "Aquafina Mineral Water Bottle" which is brought from fame at the time of movie intervals. During when we enter the premises of Big Bazaar there were 3 security guards, one male and 2 women standing at the store counter, my brother hold water bottle and enter on that time none of the security didn't say any single words to us, they allow to enter we all after we went for shopping at ground floor we again back to first floor for billing and after billing when we were at checking counter one of the women who were on duty said from where you brought this, where is the bill, and trying to show herself that she done her jobs perfect that she caught the thief....on that time i said it was brought from Fame before we enter here and we enter on this gate after we watch movie. she said no you didn't brought this from outside you have pick it up from inside and you used. after that i call one of the male employer from near by store of Fast track shop, he came and talk to that security till also she said sir if you brought from outside we will surely put a tag on the bottle..on that time i ask to that male employer if there were 3 security in the entrance gate,if they not perform there duty properly why they they were keep after that he said sorry sir for the inconvenience than also that women security said i swear he didn't brought the bottle in his hand, on that time i feel must angry but i said so you mean i am the one who theft the bottle from inside and didn't pay the bill. that time the male employer told me no " the bottle was not in yours hand and not in my hand, so sir please leave the shop because other customer got disturb" so there were many customers who watch our scene, the employer and that security make us fun and theft in front of many customer, i have witness who watch us as security guard of Fame theatre who is on duty at that time and i can't point out but lots are there after that we 3 came back... and lastly i said to them that so you all make we there in some what way its OK i will see you in court, in paper, I said it because we are not theft and no intention to do so.
My question is. 1) Why that security trying to show herself that she perform her duty well,if she is not performing the duty?
2) If we were that thefts why should we hold that bottle in the counter during bill payment?
3) How can and employer says to his customer that " the bottle was not in yours hand and not in my hand, so sir please leave the shop because other customer got disturb",
4) If one of the security was on busy with another one then were is that another 2 security who is on duty at the entrance gate?
5) I just want to bring out clear that we are not that one whom they are thinking and behave to us.
6) I want CCTV record regarding our entry and shopping inside the premises of big bazaar because that camera record can show easily we are not thefts and we are right that we brought the bottle from outside before we enter to big bazaar and there was a negligence on the duty of security guards and they are trying to expose us in wrong manner in front of customers.
7) Let them put charges for DEFAMATION U/S 499 of I.P.C
8) I want only right justice from higher authority.
