ICICI Bank Limited - Deduction of rs 28 as a name of ATM DEC CHG

Hi all


I want to explore how to icici bank work, I found that icici bank deducted 28 rs from my salary account as a name of ATM DEC CHG. Let me know Is it valid deduction or not?
