ICICI Bank Limited - Deduction of rs 140 as a name of ATM DEC CHG

Hi all


I found that icici bank deducted 140 rs from my salary account as a name of ATM DEC CHG. and I already faced this type of problem quite long before and now it happened again. Let me know why it deduction occur while there is no any rule of RBI.
