Dear Sir,
Till the date , we didn't get solution from Reliance communication.We humble request to you, kindly look my matter and resolve on urgent basis .
On 30th Aug.'2010 i receipt a threaten call from 09213994097 for non payment of our data card No.09310685256.I speak to her, we didn't pay due amount due to wrong bill generated by Reliance Communication and regarding that many time called to Customer Care Deptt. but they didn't short out till the date.
I give a request, for Plan change from Rs. 650/- to 300/-in one of his office at Lajpat Nagar Web world. and our request no.124959826 on dated 25th April'2010 . That time they ensure me that, your bill will be generate from today onwards of Rs. 300/- p.m. but they didn't generate according to that and send a bill on the basis of old plan i.e.Rs.650/-....Regarding that i spoke to one of his franchisee but they didn't give a satisfactory answer.
On 4th Sept. '2010 at 1.16 pm , We got a call from 02230388303 on behalf of Reliance . His executive told me , Your Data Card no.9310685256 has been terminated and we will issue a new no. against that . Your Maximum possible outstanding balance will be waive off but after that we didn't received any call call from that way.
We humble request to you, pls look the fact matter where i'm wrong ?
