INDIAN RAIL - Customer Harassment & Rude Behavior at INDIAN Railway Reservation Counter

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that Our INDIAN Railway is providing service to all states and region, and i am one of the passenger who is availing this service from past 10 years from Pune to Nizamuddin and Coming back from Nizamuddin to Pune.

I Stay at Nigdi, (PCMC) and book all my tickets from the Chinchwad Station which is close to my house, never had any issues till yesterday, i send my wife to book the ticket for Nizamuddin for month of May2012.
There was lady who was sitting at Counter 2, who was very rude and actually makes my wife to run here and there for no concerns and also she cut the filled form for say 2 times, agree it might be wrongly filled, however there is way to put things, Also can say she has lack of knowledge and also was least bother about how a person is taking efforts to book these tickets.
When My wife said she had 3 yrs baby at home who is alone and sleeping she respond is that my problem and why did you come then to book this ticket.
All said and done, I swear i never had this experience any where today also when we both went to her, she said booking for 27 May 2012 will open on 25 Feb 2012, which we were aware of, but she called my wife today to book the tickets for May 27 2012, this proves her lack of knowledge.
We need to raise this issue, so we went and meet Station Manager at Chinchwad Station My More and also Meet Mr. Nair for this concern both were very helpful and try to convince us for all what had happen.Also apologize for all the concerns.Which was really good on that part and highly appreciate their behavior.
But to raise this issue further, and that lady at Counter 2, Chinchwad Station, Pune, Maharashtra should not behave the same way with any one else in coming future, please take necessary action against it, We all are very responsible person of this nation, just need proper information and guidelines from the people whom we trust.
