DEAR SIR,
I WAS A ABN AMRO CREDIT CARD HOLDER NO 5415382324614452. FIRST TIME I UTILIZED THE THE CARD AND MADE TRANSACTION FOR RS. 358 ON 05 SEPTEMBER 2006 AND I WAS EXPECTING THE STATEMENT FOR PAYMENT TILL OCTOBER END 2006 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEN I MADE A TELEPHONE COMPLIENT ABOUT THE NON RECEIVED OF THE STATEMNET AND THEN I HAD RECEIVED A STATEMENT DTD 03.10.2006 ON 08.11.2006 STATING THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF LATE FESS RS. 350.
AS THE SAME WAS NOT CORRECT BECAUSE UNLESS I RECEIVE THE STATEMENT I CANNOT PAY THE CHARGES BECAUSE I HAVE RECEIVED THE STATEMENT ON 08.11.2006, AND ON THE SAME DAY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INFORMED THEM ABOUT THAT AND ALSO I TOLD THEM TO CANCELL MY CARD.
AND AFTER THAT I SEND A CHEQUE OF INDIAN BANK CHEQUE NO 409505 DTD 10.11.2006 FOR RS. 360 TOWARDS MY TRANSACTIONS AND ENCLOSED A LETTER STATING THAT I AM UNHAPPY OF THE CURRENT STATEMENT HENCE KINDLY CANCELL MY CREDIT CARD.
SO BASIS ON THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY CARD AROUND NOVEMBER 2006, AFTER THAT I RECEIVE NUMEROUS CALLS FROM ABN AMRO BANK STATING THAT MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS DUE OF AROUND RS 3000, WHIHC IS UNFAIR, AND I HAVE EXPLAINED TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON WHO CALLS BUT TILL DATE IT IS NOT SORTED OUT.
RECENTLY I GOT A CALL FROM LEGAL DEPARTMENT OF ABN AMRO STATING THAT MY NAME IS BLACK LISTING AND I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET ANY LOAN FROM ANY BANKS WHICH IS UN FAIR.
SO AS A GENIUN CUSTOMER I HAVE PAID THE MONEY WHAT EVER I HAVE MADE TRANSACTION, BUT THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY WHICH IS NOT RELEVENT TO ME BY MEANS OF LATE FEES.
ALSO IAM GETTING LOT OF CALLS FROM ABN AMRO REGARDING THIS, SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL AND CANCEL THE ISSUE.
