I took delivery of Cooking King(system Dispatch No:OC2508328 today i.e 14thJan,2011.When i opened the parcel I noticed that the both plate handles are in broken condition. Ilodged a complaint with the concerned Costumer Care Service.I do not know how and when the handles will be fitted.
