Hello My name is Suman . I found an advertisement on Facebook and booked Finishing
Touch Hair Remover × 1 on 1st July to Merchest Outlet and i got confirmation from them giving order Confirmation as 7753 through their email id sales@merchestoutlet.com.
They had provided me the tracking no. RH034290545TR on 10th July which was not correct , it is giving the message as under : " Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later."
This I already informed them twice in writing on 15th and 20th July but till now i did not receive their reply . Even now their website is also not working https://merchestoutlet.com/pages/contact-us.
I also approached Razorpay since my money was debited using their services , but their reply is very standard.
I am attaching complete details in the attached file.

I have the same complaint... paid, received tracking number and order number in July 2017 but never received my laser hair remover.
Feeling angry and ripped off!
I ordered a concelor on july 6th
Havent recieved it.
I have emailed them several times.
Its disgraceful

I had the same problem. I have emailed the company numerous times with no response. I am at my wits end with this company. At the time they had a website and i mailef the email given with no response.
