Individual - Complex Parking Space use for Commercial Purpose

I have closed shop in Vraj Vihar Compex,Near Uma Char Rasta,Waghodia Road,Vadodara. I am now living in London. The son in law of old owner of the property doing restaurant business in parking space & front side of my shop which is illegal and he has no relation to property directly or indirectly. He has constructed a Shed also in the parking space.

My request is to clear the parking space as he or nobody can do any construction or any commercial business in parking space. He don't own any property also so he don't even has right to do anything in that premises.
