Indian Railways - Complaints against Indian railway TT

I had gone to book a ticket from current reservation counter in Rajdhani express train today for my father and brother from Guwahati to NJP . There was seats available in the train and when the ticket counter was about to give me the ticket , a tt named KR RAMBIR CHAUHAN approached me and said , sir - why are you taking tickets till NJP and paying Rs 680 ticket fare .Come with me and sit in coach B-5 .i will take you in just Rs 500 per passenger ..this is really strange .. i am a frequent traveller also from delhi to guwahati and guwahati to delhi in rajdhani express and every time , i see passenger travelling without ticket in rajdhani and the TT taking them without ticket till any destination and earning good handsome money ..But today when i saw that the tt has come near the ticket counter and asking passenger not to take the ticket , then i thought that it is extreme now and i should atleast let the top officials of railway know of it ..Severe action should be taken against the TT - Kr Rambir Chauhan ...Thanks
