I AM EXTREMLY SORRY TO SAY THAT I PURCHASED TWO SAMSUNG MOBILES AND WITHIN A MONTH BOTH THE MOBILES STARTED MALFUNCTIONING. BATTERY PROBLEM , TOUCHSCREEN PROBLEM, SOFTWARE PROBLEM. I CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE HERE BUT EVERY TIME THEIR SERVICE AND DELIVERY WAS SO POOR.
NOW BOTH OF MY PHONES ARE WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE AND I AM REGULARY GIVEN NEW DATES OF DELIVERY. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND IF THESE PEOPLE DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO REPAIR phones how company has kept these people in service. my mobile details are

I support this complaint. I purchased Samsung Corby before 3 months. But it goes switch off automaticaly after some time. Service center member's were saying that there is any problem in the mother board. But after 1 month they didn;t solve the problem and says that we can't rectify this. Very sad regarding Samsung service Centre poor performance. Please suggest what should I do???
