I purchased koryo otg from big bazzar it is useless,poor service waste of money. i did nt even get any reply from them.

I purchased koryo OTG from big bazzar. and I am suffering a small problem its croner was open so my food not properly making sometime my food burning also. So this is my humble request please sortout my problem.
