Subject : Complaint of Train No. – 01041, CSTM Patna Special,

Dear Concern,

As we are Travelling in Train No. 01041, Mumbai CST Patna Special.

The train came on before time for Itarsi Junction, also reached on time to Mugalsarai, After Mugalsari the same train is standing on each and every station for a long time and running late around 4 & half hour.
As the right time of arriving in Patna is 10:10 AM and still could not touch to Arrrah station on the time of writing this complaint that is 1:16 PM.
Train which departs on 8.00 PM from Itarsi has also crossed us on Bihiya or Twinningganj railway station.
Local and passengers trains crossing this train, so what is the value and usage of this special train ?

I request you to please look into the matter as all railway customer and their time is precious.
