I was travelling with my wife Seema on 29/10/2011 in Bhopal Express Train No 12155 from Bhopal to H. Nizamuddin with Ticket PNR No. ********44 in S-12 seat No. 31 which was RAC. So many births remained vacant due to non boarding of passangers and when I contacted TTE shri Pramod Singh to allot me birth, he replied in negative and alloted birth to others who were having either general or wait list ticket taking bribe from them while being RAC passanger, my claim was deserving. The matter may please be thoroughly investigated into vigilence angle against corrupt practice of the concerned TTE and result with action taken report in the matter may be intimated to me also.
