1) I called five times about poor service of above internet company in the month of November & December
2)But there was no any progress in the service of the company.
3) I have paid the total bill amount of all bills sent by company upto 14th February although the company was giving me very poor service
4) I have given request through phone call to above internet company to disconnect permentaly the internet connectin in the second week of February due to very poor service.
5)Company said that they will disconnect it in the first week of february and bill will not be sent by company after disconnection.
6)But actually company sent me the bill from 15th January to 14th February in th third week of February.
7) Company told me to pay full bill amount and said that they will disconnect the connectoin in the 4th week of february and they will refund me the bill amount paid by me.
8) As per the suggestion of company I have paid the full bill amount.
9)But actually the disconnectin was not done by the company & again company sent me the bill from 15th February to 14th March in the third week of March.
10)Again company told me to pay full bill amount and said that they will disconnect the connectoin in the 4th week of March and they will refund me the bill amount paid by me.
11)Again as per the suggestion of company I have paid the full bill amount.
12)But actually the disconnectin was not done by the company & again company sent me the bill from 15th March to 14th April in the third week of April.
13) Up till now except of giving me the excess bill amount paid by me the company is sending the bill of unused internet period again & again without disconnecting the internet connection
14) Company should refund me the excess bill amount paid by me (the bill from 15th February 2012 to 14th March 2012) with interst & also as cmpany had given me so much HARRASMENT Company should give me other Rs. 10000/- (TEN THOUSAND RUPEES).
15)Please cancell the liscence of doing business of above company to avoid furthe rcheating of other customers.
