Springwel - Complaint against Springwel Mattress and Customer Support

I am writing this to inform you of our mistake of buying Springwel Mattress again as our first matress turned out to be good. There are 2 complaints :



1. We bought a Springwel Softech Mattress last year and from first week, we have been feeling quite uncomfortable. Since we have a same mattress before which we bought 3 years ago, we decided to go for Springwel again. However, the experience was not the same this time. We complained to HomeSaaz howevere dealers don’t bother about Brands. Mr. Lamba from Home Saaz, Lajpat Nagar told us to wait and he will inform the Company for a check. Even after 10 days, we are still for someone from company to approach us. This mattress has become very uncomfortable and soft and it is difficult to sleep.

2. Customer support people don’t listen to anyone and hang up on phone calls which is a far more serious issue.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please be noted that I had purchased 2 mattresses in May 2015, now since 5-6 months some defects are being identified in the same. Am not actually able to define properly about the defect but for your information FABRICS OF BOTH MATTERESSES ARE getting detached from the foam. Am attatching herewith one snapshot for your reference.

Mr. Sandeep from your Dwarka shop from where these have been purchased have also visited my home and he has also identified the problem.

Since these are in guarantee now so may pls be replace these asap.
