Tata DOCOMO - complaint about very slow internet speed

there is very slow speed of internet browsing on tata docomo using mobile wifi..........n we can say even a person cannot work on google n wat to say about the downloading. downloading is such slow that 1kb/15secs can download which means if a person is downloading a song it will take round about 20 hours.
this is not way to complete all promises done by the co. person is just wasting his money nothing else.

I have also similar complaints. I were also cheated by same. When I am also tried with docomo SIM, speed is very very low. Then I checked with their CC people. According to them there is nobody in their call centre to support such technical complaints.

this is true they are not providing faster speed like uninor aircel agar kharab ho jaye to apne aap thik bhi nahi karte.internet chalte hue call bhi nahi aati.yeh sabse badi kami hai docomo me please sudhaar lo

I support this complaint.even i had the same problem.but i have just blocked my sim.but now best u got for mnp(mobile number portability)
