There was an ad in Times of India , Bangalore on 29th August , 2017 about "Hypermarketkart.com" wherein there was offer of 50% flat discount on groceries using promo code bogo50. I placed online order no. 100003208 of Rs.2542.50 for goods worth Rs.5085 on 12th Sept , 2017. I got my order acknowledgement from them . Then I got a message from them saying they will deliver the product on 16th September which I didn't get at all. When I sent a mail to them,subsequently got sms to prcess for refund by sending mail to care@payu.com. One auto genertaed case number(Case #01333401) is created after that which they told to track in side www.payu.in but this side is redirecting to other side where there is no place to track at all. So they are fake. Please take an immediate action against them and help me getting my fund back.
I have also purchased through this site for Rs 5126/ on 13/9/17 wide order no 100005692 but I have not recived goods till now nor any refund, also mailed so many times, but no response

Placed order for rs 3250 no response, phones switched off. advertised on Deccan herald Bangalore 12 September.
Serious action to be taken by the news papers . Their reputation is at stake.
I am also facing the same issue. I placed ordered on 12thSept2017 after reading this same advertisement in Times of India. My order number is : 100003265 and amount is Rs2532.00. From 12th SEP onwards , daily I am contacting them (over the phone & email) but never able to talk to them and no reply from them.
So finally I cancelled my order on 20thSep but did not get my refund.
They are not reliable . Do not place order with them.
On 12th Sept there is a half page advt. In times of india with 50%offer by HYPERMARKETKART accordingly placed order and paid by credit card order no.10000354 and they acknowledged it also after words there is no response from them and phones are switched off. They are duping and fraud

I have faced the same problem. No delivery, no refund. Processed the payment on 30th August.
They asked me to send bank details to a personal id from which they will process the refund, however nothing has happened so far.
My order number is 100000670 which was placed on 30th August.

This very serious issue.
Times Of India publish a full page advertisement just for money without checking any authenticity, an online company makes fool of soo many people and take money, finally payment solution company (www.payubiz.in) helps them to get money from mass.
Now to whom shall be believe now!!!
