I worked for AT & T from 8th may 2014 to 15th Dec 2014in IBM in a contract base from Collabera. I had clocked my ILC for the month Dec 2014 but no follow up from Collabera regarding my timesheet approval and I did not received my 15 days salary till now. It’s been 8 months I am getting the same response from your team we still not received your timesheet approval mail.
I think no company will not do like this and even candidates will never wait like me for pending salary..
Before that they used to tell once you get redeployed you will receive your pending salary or if you resign you will get pending salary since I did not get any other project I resigned collabera. By that time I got an selection email for AT & T project for which I had attended interview.I had an another opportunity on hand with other company but still Kawan asked me to join so I withdraw my resignation and joined AT& T again in 11th may 2015 since I was facing lot of issues with travelling I followed up with Monika (She is Useless HR) many times to get project in Manyata I did not get any proper response so I asked my manager for alternatives he did not agree for anything. Finally I asked for release got release on 26th June 2015. Now I am asking salary of June 2015 month I am getting the same response saying it takes 3 weeks to get process.
Finally did not get my Dec 2014 month salary as well as June 2015 month salary.
These people still playing with my life by not giving salary for which I have worked. Is it really takes 6 months to process my salary?
I have resigned Collabera on 26th June.. Notice Period is 45 Days.. Still they are not giving my Salary (45 Days) + Experience Letter + Relieving Letter.
They are giving me mental torture like anything. I had sent more than 1000 mails. Still no response from them. I think they are misused my salary.
