Dear Team,
When i called to you Customer Care in Mumbai There juniour level and Seniour Manager dont know how to speak with customer of account holders.when i ask to provide details till date where is stuck or underprocess about my Cheque book they told that give me your personal and accout opening details after that only i will tell you.When i told my personal and account opening.last transaction with my account number one of guy told that you have to go the branch after 10 days they will tell you about your cheque book.what is this if i vll go the branch wht is use of customer care this only wht asking details and tell go the branch.
After that i spoke to Senior Member when i told to that guy he not taken any action on the juniour employee.directly ask him wht is issue than i told about my cheque book. he given me website to check www.indiapost.co.http://www.indiapost.gov.in/.what mean by this website how check that my cheque book in under process or otherwise Your PNB has dispatch...till now also i didnt get wht is process of Cheque book to get it i applyed before 6 days..
I hope you will solve the query ASAP,And highly Apprciate whether you will take action on Customer Care.

my complain not solve in regarding cheque book

I have applied for my cheque book but till i am not received. I go to Majitha Road branch and they say your cheque book is delivered for Delhi on 04.01.14. I vist my local post office also but they are not give any information about my cheque book. Please consider my problem and do the needful.
