Trains running between Chennai central to arakkonam/gummidipundi and vice versa are running late and there is no timing maintained.
Drivers are not starting train after signal has passed in central station as they spend time in talking with co-workers.
Tracks line system are very old not even single management had taken step to easy out, time of travel near junction in too much we spend near half of the travel time there.
Changing 9 rack to 12 rack is very slow in work daily 10,000 of them use train in 1 hours but no space, no additional train, no additional compartment nothing.

I blame GM and DGM for not monitoring their work, they are not using train we know,
No one is need to guide them to look at their work- they are matured and know what is their work,
Do they want any to complain, to highlight there is some problem.
