Delta India - Cheating through paper adv

I saw a paper adv in the Daily News paper to set up paper plate ,tube chowk plants etc, with lowest investment.They assured to give mechinary,Raw Material and buy back agreement. They also assured that trainer will come the place and train how to make paper plates or Tube chowks.They also mentioned that through this business one can earn Rs1000/- to 1500 daily. I was attracted to this adv and on their suggestion I paid Rs25000/- through ICICI Bank on 19.04.2010.After 15 Days of my payment they sent some instrument which will cost about Rs3000/- or less.When I contacted them ,they told that this is the Tube Chowk plant and I have to go to Delhi to take the training.They are obsolutely cheating. They should be punished to save the interest of the public.
