On February 7th 2014, I placed an order with Arena Flowers http://www.arenaflowers.co.in/ with a value of Rs 432 The confirmation mail promises the delivery same day by 2pm with a condition of delay in rush hour. The order wasn’t delivered on 7th despite calling them atleast 20 times there wasn’t any response. Once there was a response they promised the bouquet will be delivered in time. It wasn’t!
Next day morning i.e Saturday I called them up around 10 am, they said they’ll return my money and confirm in the evening regarding the same. When I called in the evening there was again no response whatsoever.
Yesterday morning i.e. 9th February Sunday I called them up, the person named Sachin, who picked up the phone(0********33) asked for my order number, I gave him my email address to track it down but he refused to and said il have to give my order number and disconnected the call. I called back and told him that I need my money refunded, he was extremely rude said there wasn’t any money charged, and they don’t have any details of my order and I can do whatever I want.
There website still shows my order pending. I have all the confirmation mails and account details etc also the reminder mails.
It isn’t a matter of just Rs 500 but I feel it’s a matter of online sites cheating their consumers and I really want to do something about it.
Yes Its true its a fake website and duping thousands of people across India. Please contact me as I am going to file a complain against this website and people behind it.

I am premkumar from Bangalore , i am working in Info services , client location of INCOME TAX Dept ,.I am looking for applying a loan ,at the time saw advertisement in news paper ,and contact to that no ********36 (now this no is in Switch Off) , and he asking for 5500 for loan regestration amount only u paid , ur loan money will be credited to your account so paid that money ,. that loan amount is not credited and again i contacted to that no,. he told to that loan approval amount 15500 asking , this is a last asking amount you just paid within 2 hour your amount will be credited to your account so i paid that money , at the time also he never putting the money ,.and again one new no (********74-(now this no is in Switch Off)) call to me then asking for applying a insurance after only your amount credited ,that fees is also 20000, at the time i am told to that , i dont want loan , you just refund my (i am paid 5500+15500) only ,. he told to that within 10 days your money will be refunded but now also that not refund my money , i tried so many times , he picking his call but he wont speak , then i know his banking acc no and adress , please takeover the necessary action to kindly save my money and return to that ,.i attachments for that particulars documents ,.

There was not such order, Payment is pending for this and hence order was not delivered. Might be you tries on website and it got deducted then it comes back in 48 hours. We cant see any order of yours. SO it was not delivered.
