CHEATED BY A DELHI BASED BUILDER\" Alka India Pvt.Ltd.\"
RESPECTED SIR,
I AM A RESIDENT OF GURGAON AND WANT TO HIGHLIGHT A FRAUD CASE OF A DELHI BASED BUILDER, WHO CHEATED ME AND SO MANY OTHER CONSUMERS.
I HAD BOOKED A PLOT THRU A BUILDER \"ALKA INDIA (P) LTD.\"

AND GOT IT CANCELLED DUE TO SOME REASONS.BUILDER HAS GIVEN ME A CHEQUE OF ICICI BANK AND LATER STANDARD CHARTERED BANKS WHICH GOT BOUNCED MANY TIMES.THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY YOU THE DESIRED AMOUNT.
FROM BANK I CAME TO KNOW THAT ALREADY SO MANY CHEQUES GIVEN BY THE BUILDER ALSO GOT BOUNCED.
THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND STILL OPERATING THEIR OFFICE IN NEW DELHI.
I HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WITH ME WHICH CAN BE PRESENTED,WHENEVER REQUIRED.
PL.HELP ME IN GETTING MY HARD EARNING AMOUNT BACK.

I am one of the victim cheated by RATTAN LAL of ALKA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Pl. tell me the phone number of Mr. Upendra Gupta & Mr. R.P Pandey.
There is need of at least 15 to 20 investors who became the victims of ALKA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for filing the case in Economics offence Wings Delhi.
Please make contact with all investors & write their phone numbers on computers , if you desire to file the case.
Keeping in view non presence of Mr Ratan Lal, Owner of M/s alka India, the court of DJ & ASJ shri S K Sarvaria had REJECTED BAIL APPLICATION & issued ARREST ORDERS under 420 IPC.
Now, police needs to arrest & produce Mr rattan Lal on 07th June before the court.
All concerned are once again requested to be present there to highlight the fact & be united against the fraud company & its owner.
Mr Ratan Lal, Owner of M/s alka India is habitual fraud.
A case under 420 IPC is already in progress at room no 404 Rohini court & next hearing date is 31/05/2011.
All concerned are requested to be present there to highlight the fact as there may be some decision on his bail application.
