Tata DOCOMO - Charged without using the service.

On 6th December 2010, I was subcribed to 2 of the TATA Docomo services without my permission or me activating them.I was charged a total of Rs 60 for these services.When I contacted the customer care, they talked rudely and refused to refund the amount.The same problem had occured thrice before & had to face a lot of trouble getting my money back.Even the customer care people act rude & irresponsible.
Complainant's Goal: To get my money refunded.Make a point.
