CDC Global Services - CDC BPO Ruined by unprofessional & unethical operations team

Please somebody tell me if I can sue the company for not gicving me notice per my offer letter and troubling us mentally.

CDC BPO did not give us any notice and throw us out of the company without intimation. The management said we have not generated any revenue and so company has to bear loss. But we told the management that we did give sales and we are also ready to prove it.
The management was very poor as no cordination was there in hr and operation. Administration was also poor as sometimes we did not get pick up drop facility because of driver strike.
We were promised that we will get salary till March end but still not got any thing from there side. We call them but they do not answer the phone. The HR in Pune does not no anything. The head in Pune doesnot have idea when we will get salary. The Mumbai people do nopt answer the call and when they do they say that we have no money and dont no when money will come from US office.

Somebody please let me know what I can do in this situatioon.
