Our project was started in 2004 and even after 8 yrs + builder is not completing the project.
Around 700+ families are staying without Lifts, paintings, fire extinguisher,garbage pits. Moreover not given compensation for delayed possession.

As per agreement and document, builder has given possession date for 2006 . But even after showing the document where the director has given in writing for paying pre-emi till possession and as per agreement there was clause of penalty, builder has not given any compensation.

We are staying without lifts and only 50% lifts are started but without any generators and fire safety measures.

Please do the needful for getting the project completed and if possible for compensation to me.
