Dear Sir/Madam,

I happened to travel along with my family in the second AC coach of Allepey Express(16041) on the 21-Jan-2011 from Chennai to Thrissur. To our surprise and shock, we found lots of bugs inside the AC coach which made our sleep a nightmare.All the passengers in the coach had a similar experience.

We had to go to the doctor the next day because of BUG bite that resulted in skin infection.
Infact the Pest control calendar showed the date of 20-Jan-2011 on which day the last pest control spray was conducted.

As a citizen of India, may I request the concerned authorities to kindly do the needful in saving the passengers from the BUG Bite and also cockroaches!!!
