BSNL Limited - BSNL is not taking back its broadband and landline connection

I have applied for disconnection of broadband/landlinr for my telephone no 0291-2671520 on 14th june 2010 and deposited modem same day. till now phone is not disconncted and evryone is saying other side problem, LANDLINE & BROADBAND sides......What to do now...........
