BSNL BROADBAND - BSNL BROADBAND (WORST OF ALL)

Hi,

This is to bring your notice that the dataone (BSNL broadband) service is pathetic at HSR LAYOUT, Bangalore. The worst part is no one is addressing the issue and pointing others for the problem to get resolved.

Exchange people are not working daily( I visited them on Saturday, which happen to be working day for Central Govt office).

I have wasted Rs 100/- may be more, still I have not been connected to broadband. I have visited the exchange, contacted lot of officers ( no one was interested or talking properly), complained through online, finally fed up with no other go other than cancelling

It is my request no to opt for BSNL broadband, better go for private players even though the tariff is much expensive, but you'll be assured of the better service at least.

I talked to so called GM/DGM, which was unsuccessful effort.
Kindly don't go for BSNL unless you have no other go or if would like to feel the real Govt office thing
